Payment Information 

How do I pay my quarterly statement? 

Quarterly fees for Republic Service will no longer be billed through the District. As of January 2023, Republic Services will bill homeowners directly. All remaining or past-due balances owed to the district must be paid in full to avoid collections.

Trash/Recycling Service Information 

Republic Services has a community-wide contract with the Vauxmont Metropolitan District for trash and recycling collection. Homeowners are not permitted to hire their own waste services but may choose to opt out of their account and handle trash removal on their own.

How do I make my assessment payments to the District? 

Each resident will receive a statement in the mail for the District fees. The statements are mailed each quarter. If we were provided with your email address by the previous management company, we will also send you a PDF of your statement via email. Please contact us at billingservices@claconnect.com with your preference of delivery.

Option 1

Personal Check: If you prefer to hand-write checks, please remember to include the bottom portion of your statement when mailing your check in the return envelope included with the statement. All checks must be written out to Vauxmont Metropolitan District to be applied to your account. This will ensure that the payment will be mailed to and processed at the bank properly.

 

Option 2 

Personal On-line Banking: Your personal bank can issue the district a check. You set up the District as a payee and then, every quarter enter your payable amount and approve payment. Your bank will process the check and mail to us. As a reminder, you will have to set this up early enough to allow the District to receive the payment before the due date.  If you currently use this as an option with the previous management company, please update the remittance address to the address listed below:

Point and Pay

Visit the portal here: billingservices.cliftonlarsonallen.com/ubs

1) Open a web‐browser and enter the Billing Services web address in the address bar.

2) Click on the link for the District you make your payment to: Vauxmont Metro District

3) Follow the instructions for entering your account number and default password.

You will be able to change your password once you have entered the portal for the first time.

Use the customer portal to:

  • SIGN UP FOR E‐BILLS 
  • VIEW AND RE‐PRINT CURRENT AND PREVIOUS BILLS 
  • VIEW PREVIOUS TRANSACTIONS 
  • PAY YOUR MONTHLY BILL VIA CREDIT‐CARD OR EFT 
  • CHANGE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS 
  • SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS

If you were set up with the previous management company with an automatic EFT withdrawal, this will no longer be active and you will need to make a payment using any of the above options.
