Expectations and Duties:

• Five members (preferably one from each village)
• Gather (monthly, quarterly, annually) information from accountant and/or management company
• Review monthly spend against budget and, quarterly
• Make suggestions on rebalancing of budget where needed
• Present board with updates monthly
