Outdoor Patio

The outdoor patio an accommodate up to 10 people and includes the use of outdoor sofas. Featuring a barbecue grill and a gas-powered fire pit, smaller parties are sure to enjoy this comfortable gathering space. Bask in the beautiful Colorado landscapes with spectacular views of the Flatirons above nearby Boulder.

Community Room

An empty room with a hardwood floor, coffered ceiling, a projector screen, stone fireplace, TV, and kitchenette.

The community room can accommodate up to 75 people and includes use of the room's tables and chairs. The space features a full kitchen, including refrigerators, an oven with electric stove top, a microwave, and dishwasher. A gas fireplace and state-of-the-art media system, featuring a full-sized projector screen, allow for the perfect touch to any occasion.

Conference Room

The Swim & Fitness Club offers two conference room options for your meeting needs. The facility can accommodate up to 10 people in a small conference room or 20 people in a large conference room, and includes the use of tables and chairs. The room also features a personalized media system, allowing users to connect to a large flat-screen television for presentations.

Rental Space at the Swim & Fitness Club

Candelas offers a variety of options for private rentals at the Swim & Fitness Club at Townview & Parkview. The facility's amenities can be reserved on an hourly basis and can be booked up to three months in advance of the event date.
